HAPPY SENSITIVES SATURDAY!!!!
As I promised the other day I want to help you understand a little more on how your abilities may be showing you the energy patterns or more, and more subtly than you may realize. Also you can fix some/most of it very easily and quickly once you know!
We’re starting on a morning that thankfully for me the weather is better than it has been. My fur kids are talking to the birds in the feeders outside their windows. The winds are low at the moment and from my seat here, I can see buds forming on the trees.
For the human “weather” it’s a mixed bag of all sorts. People are afraid and on many different levels.
To quote one of my favourite books “I must not fear. Fear is the mind killer. It is the little death that brings on total obliteration. I must face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.”*** This is one way to react and act towards our fears, but we must catch them first. Usually it’s not with a Gom jabbar at our neck. Thankfully.
No that’s not here. In our world fear can show up in sensitives by many different routes. It can trigger your own fears specific to you. You may start to over prepare for them, get irritable, or feel depressed or even a bit hopeless.
Once you realize that this is not you, you can fix it easily. Usually discernment for empaths takes the vast majority of emotions coming from others away rapidly. Discernment is realizing that it’s just not coming from you, but from an exterior source. This morning I felt a wave of “cranky energy” when I took a minute and realized it was not me or my emotions but from somewhere/someone outside of myself it rapidly faded away.
Here I’m going to stand tall and strong on my soap box and say – Everyone has a bit of empathy. You ALL have some form of intuitive ability sequence. Whereas you may feel first, then hear or see and onward OR you may see first and then feel and then hear...… It just is how it works for you. Soapbox down……
Basically you need to self appraise your emotional energy now more than ever. There are going to be things you see, or hear, that are triggers and only you can clear it up. Your intuition can show up in your emotions or how your body feels. If you feel tired, like I have lately, it may well be a reflection of how your body is working with the really harsh energy. It’s dense, thick like molasses and not easy to deal with overall. Add to this the waves of energy (remember energy waves travel in ripples like drops in water I feel) so that you can be picking up far before you consciously know what is happening.
It makes no difference HOW you put yourself into action with your discernment process. Most of the time these are simple mental actions you can do from anywhere and at any time. Just keep practicing.
