Saturday - Those we love on the other side really are just a thought away!

How do YOU talk to those you love on the other side?

Did you know you can talk to them at any time?

Have you had children or grandchildren talk to a loved one that “wasn’t there?” (even if they never met them in life?)

On this page, I often note and talk about how they (those on the other side) find ways to communicate with us through signs and syncrhonicities as well as using a person like me, a Medium. However, I haven’t brought up the topic of how you can talk to THEM very often.

Years ago when my oldest daughter’s best friend was graduating from University, I wasn’t told what time so I called their home to leave a message of apology for not being there. Well, I was able to talk to my friend, the young lady’s mother, because her graduation wasn’t for a few hours!

Standing there in my office and looking out the window we started our conversation. It was a lovely coolish May day and I had the windows open. I felt so badly for my missing this special day for her. As we talked, Jane’s Dad came through. He told me to tell her this was their “graduation gift” as it were. OH he was communicative! He described himself both in his prime and how he was as before he crossed over. He joked about his little bit of a belly.

Several things the two women were able to confirm immediately as coming from him. He kept us busy for almost an hour with the messages he was passing on. They were both letting happy tears out as we finished our unexpected session. What one couldn’t recall the other did as something from him. I never had met him so I hadn’t a clue as to any of these things.

As we finished she said something that I’ve had repeated by others so many times “Can you tell my Daddy I love him for me?” Oh that hit my heart so hard because she didn’t realize she could talk to him and he would understand her. That’s when I told her that she didn’t need someone like me to do all of this. She could tell her dad, and he laughingly confirmed it, that she could talk to me any time. He also wanted me to tell her that her mother, now a widow alone, needed to hear that too because of “what happened.” The what happened or was happening at the time was he was popping in and sitting in “his” chair to keep an eye on her. She, the wife now widow, could see him, but only for a short while. She was worried she was going around the twist. This was a great relief to my friend and my daughter’s best friend.

After the ceremony my friend wrote me an email. She was so thankful for now being able to understand a little more on how the world of Spirit works. It was the relief she said of knowing that her “Daddy” whom she missed greatly, could really and truly hear her when she needed to talk to him.

There’s nothing that will ever take the place of their physical presence here with us. However, learning that you can really talk to them and they understand, to me is priceless <3
